When an order is placed on our website, our system will automatically send out an order confirmation email to the email address on the order.
 
Occasionally these may not be received, usually due to typos on the email address provided, or spam filters in your email inbox. If this is the case, please do check your email address in your account is correct, or reach out to our Customer Support team via our contact form, with your name, email address, address, and your order number if you have it. Our team can then send the order confirmation through to you.
