Non-plant items: not as expectedUpdated 4 months ago


If an item received is not as expected*, please contact our support team via our contact form quoting your order number, details of the item concerned and photographs demonstrating the issue. 

Please retain the product until a resolution is met, as we may need this back to send back to the manufacturer. Failure to do so will invalidate this guarantee.

In order for items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that they:

  • were purchased in the last 14 days
  • are in the original packaging
  • are not opened or damaged

The following items cannot be returned:

  • items which are not suitable for return due to having a safety/protective seal broken after delivery
  • items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and/or were unsealed after delivery
  • items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, partially depleted and/or inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded - items on sale cannot be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the items.
