I have a concern with my plantUpdated 5 months ago

Depending on what time of year your plants are received, their appearance can vary. Please rest assured that they will have been prepared for you so that they are at their strongest for planting out or repotting at that time.

We always recommend planting out or repotting and giving plants a good feed and watering throughout the growing period, regardless of variety.

If there are any concerns with the health or condition of plants on arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist with any queries you may have - any detrimental effects of the transit journey on plants will be evident within this time frame.

Please include your order reference number and attach photos of your items. Please ensure that your photos show the whole unpacked plant(s) in full, the specific areas of concern, as well as the packing sheet and pot label. Measurements should be taken from the base of the pot/tip of the root to the uppermost leaf of the plant, as per the industry standard. Ideally the background should be light and not interfere with the focus and clarity. This will save time and enable us to deal with your query in the most efficient way.

Plants are perishable, living items, that require specific care and maintenance from the customer in order to keep them alive and healthy. By keeping a perishable item without notifying us of any issues within the first 14 days of delivery, you are accepting the plants as being of a suitable condition on delivery.

Please note that images used online show plants grown on and at their seasonal peak of performance. Due to monitor settings, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, lighting conditions, etc, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen, or on a pot label, is an exact colour of the product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
