As with returning items to a shop, and in line with many online retailers, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of items that have been supplied correctly. It is important that items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Where you do not have the original packaging then alternative packaging can be used as long as it will provide suitable protection during transit.

As returns are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend they are returned using an insured and trackable service. You may find a courier broker useful, as this will allow you to compare prices and services for your return.
