Can I amend my order?Updated a month ago

Due to our highly automated processes, once an order is placed it cannot be changed or added to. If you need to change or add items to your order you may be able to do so by cancelling your order and then placing a new order. (For more details, please see our article 'Can I cancel my order?')

Unfortunately we cannot combine multiple orders into one, so we recommend that you place all the items you desire into just one order so that you can take advantage of just the one flat rate shipping charge, and maybe even qualify for free shipping.
