Which courier do you use?Updated a month ago

We use a range of courier and delivery services, each specifically selected at the point of dispatch on an order-by-order basis.

The courier selected depends on many variables surrounding our internal criteria on the day of dispatch, as we constantly monitor the performance and quality of the delivery services available to us.

Smaller items will generally be boxed and come via one of the well know parcel delivery services.

Larger, higher value orders (generally in excess of £500 value) and bulky, weighty items such as established olive trees will be palletised. Some larger orders may be delivered on a pallet. Where this applies, the courier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot. Please ensure that the contact details provided with your order are accurate.

Pallet deliveries are made on a kerbside basis only. The driver will unload the pallet at the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property, but they are unable to move goods beyond this point or assist with unpacking.

What they’re unable to do, however, is unpack your items and place them in specific spots around the garden - that’s the fun part and will be something we need you to complete upon receipt of delivery so plants can be given a good drink etc after their journey.
