We know that you will be eager to receive your plants, and so we have made it really easy for you to keep tabs on the status of your order and track the delivery journey in your account on our website. Please do check your account as this is where you will find the most up to date information regarding your order. 


In a nutshell

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, but please allow 10-15 working days during peak season/around public holidays when couriers do not operate and we a re unable to ship.

Our couriers then aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days after it has been dispatched.
(Please note these are working days and do not include weekends or public holidays)

In more detail

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, and we will get busy picking and packing your items.

 

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, which will contain the relevant delivery tracking number(s). Each tracking number is unique to each parcel we send out, and you will receive the same amount of tracking numbers as the amount of parcels that are in your order.

 

For your convenience, these tracking numbers will also show in each of your orders in your account on our website as soon we dispatch your order. 

 

(Please note the delivery tracking links only become available once your order has been dispatched)

 

If you cannot locate these confirmation emails, or you cannot see the status of your order in your account, please do reach out to us via our new chat function you can instantly check the status of your order to find out where it is, as well as ask any other questions about your order.

 

In the event you have an problem with your order before or after it is delivered, simply tell us the issue with your order, and a support ticket will be raised with our customer service team who will be able to discuss any issues further with you.

Our customer support team will aim to respond to all queries via email within 2 working days at this time.

(Please note that these are working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please bear with us during busy periods such as spring and summer, or in the time surrounding public holidays, when we may take a little longer.)
