I'm not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?Updated 10 days ago

In the event that you are away from the property during delivery, couriers will generally attempt to leave the parcel in a safe location on the property, or deliver to a neighbouring property. You can specify alternative delivery options on the courier's website and/or app. (Please note the options available may vary between different couriers)

Options:

    • If you are due to be away from the property but returning in the evening, you can indicate a safe place for the courier to use via the courier website/app. The tracking number(s) can be found either in your account or in the dispatch confirmation email sent from us.
    • If you are due to be away for a longer period of time (more than a few days) then alternative arrangements will need to be made for receiving the parcel.

While placing an order, you can select an alternative delivery address during the checkout process.

If your order has not yet been dispatched our Customer Support Team may be able to amend this for you - this is not guaranteed as it is time-dependant. Please contact us via our contact form.

If an alternative delivery address is not available, or there is no one in to receive the order, then the best course of action would be to cancel the order and re-place it nearer the time that you are due to return. Please see cancellation information here

If there is someone to accept the delivery, or these can be delivered to an alternative address, it is important to ensure that the order is:

    • Unpacked
    • Checked
    • Cared For (particularly important in the case of live plants, which do need care and attention!)

Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for orders which have been removed from the property due to prolonged absence, nor can we assist further should plants deteriorate due to being left packaged and uncared for in your absence. We may also be unable to honour a guarantee where any breach of the requirements has occurred.
