We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, but please allow 10-15 working days during peak season/around public holidays when couriers do not operate and we a re unable to ship.
Our couriers then aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days after it has been dispatched.
(Please note these are working days and do not include weekends or public holidays)
Delivery to outlying postcode areas may take 1-3 days longer depending on your location. You will find updated lists of these of the postcodes on the courier's website/app.
You can track the status of your delivery in 'Your Recent Orders' in the Order History section in your account on our website. Simply click on the tracking links to take you to the courier's most up to date information.
Alternatively, you can access the courier’s website, using the tracking information provided within the dispatch notification email which will come through once your order has been dispatched.
For items that are showing as ‘Out of Stock’ on our website, these can be added to your wish list so that you can place your order when it is next back in stock and receive your delivery within the usual timeframes so you know when to prepare your garden.
We do use external couriers; Gardening Express cannot be held liable for any issues pertaining to delivery, though if there are any concerns with the plants themselves on arrival, please do reach out to us via our new chat function you can instantly check the status of your order to find out where it is, as well as ask any other questions about your order.
In the event you have an problem with your order before or after it is delivered, simply tell us the issue with your order, and a support ticket will be raised with our customer service team who will be able to discuss any issues further with you.
Our customer support team will aim to respond to all queries via email within 2 working days at this time.
