Do you offer next-day or nominated-day delivery?Updated a month ago

At this time, we do not offer a next-day or nominated-day delivery as we use external couriers and would not be able to guarantee your delivery on these dates due to factors beyond our control - we do not want to make any promises we cannot keep.

As such, if you are going to be away for any period of time during the dispatch and delivery window, we would advise making alternative arrangements where possible. (For more details, please see our article 'I'm not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?')

For businesses or other properties where there are limited/restricted hours of access please: ensure there is someone available to receive the order during the courier's operational hours (available on the individual courier's website); provide a safe place for the courier to leave your order on the courier website/app; or select an alternate delivery address.

Couriers are unable to guarantee a set delivery window due to various factors outside of our and their control and so it is preferable that another address or safe place is provided.

We do hope to offer these services one day, using our own transport for local orders, however - so watch this space!
