If for whatever reason, you are not entirely happy with your plants, please return them in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
There is no need to contact us if you’re taking us up on this guarantee – simply complete the returns form and return this along with the plant and our team will process this once it has been received at our returns centre. Please click for our returns form here which also contains the returns address.
As with many other online retailers, we do not cover the cost of returns/shipping.
What’s not covered by the 14 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee?
- Items marked with a ‘+’ in the title on the product listing are excluded from this guarantee due to their perishable nature in line with the exemption of perishable goods in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015.
- Cut Christmas trees are also exempt.
Conditions of the 14 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee:
We can only honour the 14 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee once we are in receipt of your returned plants in their original condition, by which we mean:
- The plant being in its original pot – not planted out
- No part of the plant should have been altered – i.e. no pruning/deadheading
We need to receive your proof of purchase with your return - this can be located within your account under ‘My Orders’.
We will issue a refund for the cost of the plant returned and where whole orders are returned, we will also refund the original shipping costs.
For large/oversized shipments being returned, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.
We do not cover the cost of the return of any items under this Guarantee, nor do we offer a collection service.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received back at our Returns Centre – we are not liable for the cost of the items/shipping should an item be lost in transit by the chosen courier, so we advise that you select a service with suitable tracking and cover.
