Here at Gardening Express, we are an online only company, meaning that we do not operate a telephone line for ordering or for customer support.
In our surveys, customers have advised us that they value great prices and quality plants above anything else and by not operating a phoneline, we are able to pass these savings directly back to you.
This does not mean you cannot get in touch with us, it just means that our Customer Support team can focus on dealing with your queries more effectively via our customer support platform and we can continue to offer you incredible plants at incredible prices.
You may contact us via our chat function where you can instantly check the status of your order to find out where it is, as well as ask any other questions about your order.
In the event you have an problem with your order before or after it is delivered, simply tell us the issue with your order, and a support ticket will be raised with our customer service team who will be able to discuss any issues further with you.
Our customer support team will aim to respond to all queries via email within 2 working days at this time.
(Please note that these are working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please bear with us during busy periods such as spring and summer, or in the time surrounding public holidays, when we may take a little longer.)
